Enquiries, quotation requests and partner applications submitted through these platforms are invitations to treat. They do not create a binding contract until confirmed in writing by an authorised Bidii Brands officer. You warrant that information and documents you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to submit them.

Corridor transit times, clearance windows, pricing tiers, tax calculations and cost comparison outputs shown on these platforms are indicative planning estimates only. They do not constitute a quotation, tax advice or a guarantee of performance. Contract terms are confirmed in a signed commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, imagery, data models and software on these platforms are the property of Bidii Brands Limited or its licensors. No licence is granted for reproduction, redistribution or derivative use without prior written consent.
Third-party brands
Manufacturer and trade body names are referenced for identification only. Their marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
